Annex on 12th

Annex on 12th is a luxury apartment building in DC housed in the historic U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Bureau of Economics building. The combination of a historic building and a modern lifestyle experience called for a brand that could embody the essence of 1930s art deco style while feeling contemporary and current. I drew inspiration from period illustrations and collaborations with the interior design team to craft a brand that reflects this vibrant era with its infusion of color, style, and energy.
